Hi Fanmail.biz,
On January 26th 2009 I wrote to Kate Walsh from the show Private
Practice at the following address:

Los Angeles, CA 90035
Then on 4/7/09 I received a signed 5X7 black and white signed photo
of her where she wrote " Best Wishes" and her signature.
